For private lessons, all cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full and your cancellation will count as a used lesson.

Exceptional circumstances and illness will be taken into consideration.

If cancelling within 48 hours, we will do our best to reschedule, however with a full roster, it is challenging and you may have to wait until the following week for your next class.
